So via source I don't want to give credit to since he's annoying and is an attention whore, it has been revealed that a Splinter Cell: Conviction demo will be released sometime in January for the Xbox 360. That's all for now and you can talk amongst yourselves about how awesome the game looks.

It does look awesome and I hope a demo comes out for PSN as well. Damn... how much money do we need to save for 2010?

the game is an X360 exclusive. The guy who gave the rumor supposedly might not even work for Ubisoft so I would be cautious to this being true

I don't know but Splinter Cell is better known on the Xbox then on the PS systems. The game looks sick and I can't wait to try it out.

Where have you been for the last three years? The game was announced as a 360 exclusive when it was first announced and before the game got a makeover Ubisoft even bragged how the game couldn't be done on the PS3. That was probably rubbish but still, Ubi has been hyping this as a big 360 exclusive game for a long time.

They have no choice - announcing a title as an exclusive alienates a large percentage or your market. I'm really looking for another top 360 exclusive (though ME2 is so close) but the Splinter Cell games just don't work for me. The only stealth game I've ever really enjoyed was Hitman:Blood Money.

Yeah, my first console was a PS2 back in '04 but I wasn't into gaming as much as I am now. Imagine that my first games were Sponge Bob: Battle for Bikini Bottom, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Askaban, and Spider-Man 2. Failed, huh?

We're not fools, it's just that we do not have as much experience on picking quality games like other people do. It's just a matter of time until you gain that maturity to have an extended knowledge on this matter. But it is unexcusable to act with such arrogance against a person who's on this process of getting into the world of "gaming". And I'm not referring to Mr. Fisher, I'm referring to the "gaming" population in general.

Yeah I can get easily annoyed at times which coupled with my mood at the given moment can result in me snapping or having a complete meltdown. So with that being said I apologize to Diego if I was a bit terse in my initial response.

I agree, but sadly you'll find many immature individuals in the world, not just gaming circles. There's the good kind wherein a father acts like a child for a good laugh and then the kind that you have described. One thing I've learned over the years on the Internet is that there is no such thing as an opinion. Most of the people of which you speak will likely be of the same age (if not younger) than yourself, and what they deem to be a deep understanding of games will likely mean little to someone who has been playing for decades.

Exactly. It is like speaking of fanboys or trolls, they're usually immature kids who have nothing better to do than annoy others. It is sad to see it, because it is not their fault they act like that, for a person acts in a certain way for a reason that goes beyond extremism.
