DC Universe Online has just been dated for release on Nov 2. It will carry a $14.99 per month subscription fee. Anyone thinking about getting the game. Right now I'm on the fence about getting it just because of the monthly fee

I reeeeeally want to get into one of these Superhero MMOs. I loved the concept of Champions Online and City of Heroes/Villains before that. Until someone figures out how to eliminate grind-fatigue in an MMO though, the highest I'll ever get is lvl 20. =(

lol I got to level 20 in City of Heroes and City of Villains too, then got bored :\ .
As for DC Universe, you can try to get into the beta here. I'm looking forward to Final Fantasy XIV instead though, so if I'd pay for any MMO it would be that one.

signed up for the beta as well. really interested, not sure about the pricel I'm already playing WoW, and then FFXIV comes out so I'll have to choose one :/
This is looking too expensive.
Also, I'm having a hard time getting into MMO's.
Star Trek Online was pure poop, and terribly boring.
Hopefully, considering the talen involved, the story will keep me interested for sometime.
I played City of Heroes for a couple of years, on and off every 6 or so months but eventually got bored.

It's Star Trek... what were you expecting? The show is boring, the game will be boring... I've always considered Star Trek to be CSPAN in space. The show was more about politics and junk than anything that would make for an interesting video game... let alone an MMO. :(
It finally gets a release date whoa!!! I am just shocked that it is actually coming out. I won't get it because I am not into MMO's.
