Teaser Trailer for Ratchet & Clank: A Crack in Time

Besides premiering the lackluster trailers for G.I. Joe and Terminator Salvation last night Gametrailers TV also premiered the teaser trailer for Ratchet & Clank: A Crack in Time. In typical Insomniac tradition the trailer isn't in-game footage but don't forget that Insomniac uses the in-game engine for their cutscenes, albeit a slightly smoother version of it.  Besides the lush visuals and nice presentation the trailer may leave some quite puzzled. Who exactly is the old Lombax in the trailer?

The Mediocrity Continues

Last night on Gametrailers TV two new trailers premiered for the upcoming game versions of G.I. Joe and Terminator Salvation. We all know that the majority of film based games are garbage and these two trailers really don't break that mold. Since the pictures for the G.I. Joe game were released we all knew it was going to be a joke but seeing it in motion is just a whole another level of "what were they thinking?"

First Uncharted: Among Thieves Gameplay Video

Since the Spike TV VGA premiere trailer and the subsequent Game Informer cover story we've all been waiting to see some footage of Uncharted 2 in action and thankfully we now have our first look at what is easily one of the best looking PS3 games to come out this year.  The footage is from a panel Naughty Dog's Jason Gregory did at GDC so there's a good chance the footage could be taken down so check it out while it lasts.

Max Payne Is Back and He Needs A Shave

Today Rockstar Games officially announced the somewhat announced/quasi rumored Max Payne 3 which is set for a winter release on the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC. While the game was announced in 2004 via a Take-Two executive not much has been known since then other than that Remedy, the original developer for the first two Max Payne installments, would not be handling development duties since they’re busy with the long in development 360 exclusive Alan Wake. Instead development duties will be handled by Rockstar Vancouver.

Dj Hero Website Goes Live

Well I'm pretty much keeping my hopes down for the Dj rhythm games  that are about to drop. We just did a story about Scratch: The Ultimate Dj made by 7 Studios and my initial impressions were less then impressed. All right i'll say it the new game trailer sucked and my Dj soul died a little.
