I find it incredible that a sequel that is so similar to its predecessor can feel so much fun. At first I was sceptical about Super Mario Galaxy 2, I just did not believe that the creativity of Super Mario Galaxy can be topped. However I was pleased to find out I was very wrong. Super Mario Galaxy 2 has managed to stand out from its predecessor very well. It is true that Nintendo did not take any big risks with the sequel, but just focused on delivering the great gameplay that has already made the first game such a massive hit.

Summer of Sonic is an event that takes place each year to celebrate the awesomeness of Sonic The Hedgehog. This year the event has been particularly extravagant thanks to the on floor playable demos of Sonic 4 and Sonic Colors for the Wii and DS. Additionally the amazing rock group Crush 40 was also present to rock the show.

How much money can you make in 15 minutes if you start with only £4? Well we were very interested to find out, so we set up a competition with the help of 56 Sage Street.

A new free online viral game was launched by Barclays. The game focuses on challenging the player by offering various in game jobs. By doing the right jobs the player can earn more money and progress further on to the better parts of town. Further developing the in game character's appearance, energy and reputation indicators will also allow the player to do the better paid jobs.

Sonic & SEGA all stars racing takes Sonic back to the kart racing genre. This is not a new area for the Sonic gang as Sonic has already had some experience with karts in the past. Back in the days of the Game Gear Sonic Drift 1 and 2 made a great attempt at bringing the fun mayhem of Mario kart onto the Game Gear. Sonic & SEGA all stars racing once again takes the very best features from Mario Kart and manages to add its own vibe to them.

If God Of War 3 has any historical accuracy, then back in ancient Greece all the women used to walk around topless. This of course would make ancient Greece pure heaven on earth, and I have to applaud the great people of Studio Santa Monica for recreating a piece of this heaven in their game.

Tatsunoko VS Capcom: Ultimate All-Stars for the Wii is the newest fighter from Capcom's  Vs series. These fighters are always unique and they are always full of crazy action. However perhaps my favourite feature of the Vs series is that they are so accessible for both hard core fighters and casual fighter fans. I would say that only a true master developer can create a game that both a hard core and a casual player can enjoy while playing together. Using the Wii remote on its side you will be able to pull off some great special moves in no time.

Uncharted 2 is a game that still manages to amaze me every time I play it. Naughty Dog has created a master piece that definitely adds a lot of incentive to buying a PS3. This is one of those gold games that every 360 and Wii owner wishes was also available for their system.

In New Super Mario Bros Wii Nintendo has gone back to its early days. The days when 2D side scrolling games ruled. Unlike some developers today, Nintendo has shown that they still remember how to make the best side scrolling games.

New Super Mario Bros Wii is just as amazing as you would ever want a classic Mario game to be. Perfect for casual gamers, but at the same time it will present a great challenge to any hardcore gamer.

Diifii bring us more exclusive UK coverage of the awesome Final Fantasy XIII signing event! He got a chance to talk to the fans check out some cosplay and meet the people at the front of the line.
