Key Mass Effect Voice Actor Possibly Replaced

While it’s still a major franchise, the Mass Effect series hasn’t exactly had a smooth experience in pleasing fans like games such as Uncharted or Gears of War have. There’s no doubt at all that the folks over at BioWare and EA have done an exceptional job at creating an engaging universe and story, but certain changes in the gameplay core of Mass Effect have left some gamers a bit annoyed if not wholly disappointed.

Portal 2 Gets An Acclaimed and Highly Talented Actor

After playing a member of the Aryan Nation, a hardened news editor and a father of a pregnant teen, actor J.K. Simmons is venturing into the world of video games as he’ll be voicing a character in Portal 2.  Best known for his role as J. Jonah Jameson in the Spider-Man films (the first three), J.K. Simmons has earned a reputation for being one of the best character actors out there as the man can act his ass off.

Hollywood talent joins Call of Duty: Black Ops

The Call of Duty franchise has always strived to provide a Hollywood action experience and once again the series is dipping into the Hollywood talent pool to ensure such an experience is achieved.  Activision has announced today that acclaimed actors Gary Oldman (The Professional, Fifth Element and a bazillion other good movies) and Ed Harris (The Truman Show, National Treasure 2) will lend their voices in Call of Duty: Black Ops.
