Air Behr Dojo - Episode 2 - Option Select 101

Hello again fighting game fans! Air is back again for the second round of training. This week we’ll be going over Option Selects, a concept that is easy enough to get around but has taken me forever to actually get my hands to do. Air Behr Dojo - Episode 1

Last week we premiered our new partnership with The League of Manchildren for a new podcast Gamers Under the Stairs. This week I’m proud to start Shogun off with another new show from Canada’s own Air! EVO 2011: Wrap Up and Winner's Lists

For anyone that still wasn’t aware, though I’ve been trying my damnedest to provide hype for the last year, EVO (the king of fighting game tournaments) took place over this past weekend. Three full days of fighting games, tournaments, side-pots, drama and announcements galore were offered up from the fine people at Mad Catz, EVO 2K, Capcom, Atlus and others.

Captivate 2011: Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition and X Tekken

During Captivate 2011 today (Capcom’s annual Capcom-centric reveal show), several announcements were made regarding the future of the publisher’s long running fighting franchise: Street Fighter. It appears as though we’ll be getting two new Street Fighter games within the next year or so, as some new details were provided about both Street Fighter x Tekken, and a follow up to Super Street Fighter IV to include the new Arcade characters: Yun, Yang, Oni and Evil Ryu.
