Red Dead Redemption

Rockstar Games Releases New GTAV Screens + Small Audio Tidbit, Tease Of Future Red Dead Announcement

We’ve been patiently waiting or something to be released since November and at long last Rockstar Games has given us our second look at Grand Theft Auto V.  Released today totally unexpectedly, we have two new in-game screenshots showing us the glorious and ever beautiful place that is Los Santos.  Seeing two simple screenshots may not be as epic as a grand trailer that shows us the world of Los Santos in great detail, but at this point I’m sure gamers will grab whatever GTAV media is given to them.

How the Internet is Breaking Modern Gaming

The Internet: A massively linked world where everything you ever wanted to know is right at your fingertips and everyone you wanted to know is a Facebook friend request away. We vehemently defend our freedoms online and it is absolutely a tool that has ingrained itself in every aspect of modern culture. In regards to video games, though, is it more of a curse than a blessing?

Rockstar San Diego Staffing Up For Next Major Project

Rockstar Games already has some massive projects in the works such as Max Payne 3, Grand Theft Auto V, and the ever illusive Agent but the famed studio could be gearing up for yet another presumably massive undertaking.  With work being underway on Grand Theft Auto V by the core Rockstar team in Scotland, Rockstar San Diego has been extremely quiet, even by Rockstar standards, as to what was next after the blockbuster success that was Red Dead Redemption.

Rockstar Games Reveals More DLC For Red Dead Redemption Is Planned

I thought I had hung up my spurs, six shooters and cowboy hat up for good but that doesn’t seem to be the case based on what Rockstar Games revealed today.  As good as it was to end the DLC journey of Red Dead Redemption with the Undead Nightmare adventure, Rockstar Games has confirmed today that they will be releasing another wave of DLC later this year.

Rockstar Leeds Is Getting Staffers For A New PC Based Project

It’s in the DNA of Rockstar Games to keep things close to their chest. Often no one knows when their games will be released let alone what they have in the pipeline.  For the past eight years Rockstar Games have run a tight ship that has been almost entirely devoid of any leaks, save for the recent release a new L.A. Noire trailer two days before it was supposed to hit the net.

2010 Spoiled in 200 words (or less)

There I sat, pondering my gaming experience of 2010. Did I want to follow suit and make a "best of" list? Did I want to just choose my favorite game and go off about how if you don't like it then I don't like you? All of a sudden, a green Grinch shaped light bulb flickered above my head. I decided to go the "screw you" route and spoil every single game that I thought were hits in 2010. If you haven’t played one or all of the hits of 2010 then I would look away (or keep reading).

Premier trailer for Red Dead Redemption Undead Nightmare DLC Pack

Red Dead Redemption is without a doubt one of the best games of 2010.  We all knew Rockstar was going to give us a quality product, but I think even the most ardent Rockstar fans were expecting such a refined game that truly captured the spirit and vibe of the Old West.  But you know what would make RDR even more awesome - the undead flesh eating basterds that are zombies.

A tease of Red Dead Redemption's upcoming horror DLC pack

I wonder what type of brains zombie cowboys like to eat? Given the very rustic nature of Western cuisine at the turn of the 20th century I would presume a zombie’s taste for flesh and blood may be a bit fickle; at least compared to the zombies of today which have been raised on a diet of fast food.
