What I wanted to see at E3 2015

It's no secret that E3 2015 was absolutely fantastic for gamers. The big names had some bombs to drop and the real winners were us the gamers. To say that it's going to be a very expensive Holiday this year is a massive understatement. But there were some things that stood out for me, a few things that I wanted to see at E3 that weren't shown or mentioned.

The Name Game

In the realm of video games (our realm) there are a lot of things with titles. There isn’t always a hidden message in the name, but sometimes there are great stories, an ode or even just a creation of identity. Set on a journey to explore these instances and bring them to light, I intended on creating a small portfolio of video game names and their possible hidden agendas. What grew from the idea was a full-blown exploration into the science and ideas behind anything with a name or title in this industry.

Tecmo and Nintendo troll us, Samus not playable in Dead or Alive: Dimensions

I think we’ve just been trolled by Nintendo and Tecmo Koei as the legendary character of Samus Aran won’t be playable in Dead or Alive: Dimensions.  Now some of you are probably saying “Well of course Samus won’t be playable.

New Metroid Other M story trailer

Maybe it’s because I don’t bleed Nintendo blood but I’m a bit surprised that there isn’t more hype for Metroid Other M.  We’re less than a month away from a new Metroid adventure detailing the back-story of Samus Aran but there isn’t an immediate level of hype, which is just puzzling.
