Call of Juarez: The Cartel

Call of Juarez: The Cartel Video Shows That The Spirit Of The Old West Is Still Present Today

Earlier this year we received one announcement that I think no one saw coming nor did they immediately desire: the Call of Juarez franchise was getting yet another sequel, this time set in the modern day.  While the first two games weren’t bad, the Call of Juarez franchise just never really set itself apart that much compared to other games even though it had a Western setting and Mexican cowboys offing one another.

Ubisoft Reveals Release Dates For Driver: San Francisco And Child of Eden

Aside from giving us another installment in the Assassin’s Creed franchise and the possibly amazing video game adaptation of Tintin, Ubisoft has a few key titles slated for this year which as is the norm never had a firm release date. Well on second thought one of Ubisoft’s upcoming games did have a release date but then it was delayed to the point where I honestly forgot it was coming out. And if I forgot a game was coming out then you know that says a lot since I’m an absolute nut job when it comes to tracking games and keeping up to date about them.

Cowboys + Modern Day Warfare + Drug Cartels = Call of Juarez: The Cartel

In case you didn’t know, things aren’t going to well in the land of Mexico right now.
